Be 18+, always
ChatLoop is an adult-only app. If you're under 18, you can't be here. If the person you're talking to seems under 18, end the chat and report them immediately.
Zero tolerance
The following will get you permanently banned, often on the first offense, and may be reported to authorities: nudity or sexual content; sexual content involving minors (CSAM); harassment, threats, or stalking; hate speech or slurs; doxxing; impersonating a real person; sharing someone's private info without consent; promoting self-harm; illegal activity.
Respect consent
Don't record, screenshot, or re-stream another user without explicit consent. Don't pressure anyone for personal info, photos, or contact details.
No spam, no scams
No ads, no link spam, no crypto/forex pitches, no automated bots, no off-platform redirects intended to scam.
Reporting
Every chat has a Report button. Reports are reviewed and we act fast. False reports may also be penalised.
Enforcement
Depending on severity: warning → temporary suspension → permanent ban. Severe violations skip straight to permanent ban. Bans apply to your account, your device fingerprint, and any future accounts we link to you.
Appeals
If you think a ban was a mistake, email appeals@talkloop.app with your account email. We'll review within 7 days.
