Terms of Service

1. Who can use ChatLoop
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service. By signing up you confirm your age and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement. If we discover an under-18 user, the account is removed immediately.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account, including any guest session created from your device. Don't impersonate other people, and don't share your login. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or our Community Guidelines.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: send sexually explicit or violent content; harass, threaten, dox, or hate-speech other users; share content involving minors; spam, scam, phish, or run bots; record or screenshot another user without consent; attempt to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
4. Paid plans
Premium subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are at our reasonable discretion and follow the rules of your payment provider and local consumer law.
5. Content
You own your content. By posting it on ChatLoop you grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to run the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.
6. Disclaimers
ChatLoop is provided "as is". We don't moderate calls in real time and we cannot guarantee the behaviour of other users. You use the service at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatLoop and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected fraud, or where required by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and you may be asked to re-accept them. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
