Terms of Use
The ground rules for using ChatLoop. Written to be read, not to hide things.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use ChatLoop. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Do not impersonate others, create accounts on behalf of other people, or share your account.
3. Community conduct
Treat other members with respect. Harassment, hate speech, solicitation, spam, and sharing another person's private information are prohibited and may result in suspension or removal.
4. Content you share
You retain ownership of the photos and text you add to your profile. You grant ChatLoop a limited licence to display that content within the service so other members can see your profile.
5. Safety
ChatLoop provides tools such as blocking and reporting, but cannot guarantee the conduct of other members. Always use good judgement when meeting people. See our Safety page for guidance.
6. Memberships
Core features are free. Paid memberships, when available, renew according to the interval you select until cancelled. Billing terms will be presented clearly at checkout.
7. Termination
You may deactivate or delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
